- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, TV and PRIVATE BATHROOM (shower, sink, toilet and bidet);
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed (140x200 cm), walk-in closet, chest of drawers and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY with access from bedroom 1;
- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs, benches and chest, umbrella and sun lounger.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

- From Rome Fiumicino Airport you can reach the apartment in 40 minutes by train, getting off at Rome Ostiense station and continuing on foot.

- From Rome Ciampino Airport the property is about an hour's journey, taking a train to Rome Termini and, subsequently, the Metro B to Piramide.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; it is possible to park (for a fee) in the surroundings of the property.
