This independent room features a coded entry system that guarantees privacy. The room has a window overlooking an internal courtyard. It features parquet floors, air conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a minibar, a laptop desk, and a 180x200 cm double bed with quality mattresses, firm and soft pillows. Tea, herbal teas, and water are available. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, Perlier shampoo and shower gel, and a hairdryer.

The Green room has a private bathroom with new fixtures and a spacious shower with a large showerhead.
The double-glazed windows make the space particularly quiet. Blackout curtains on the windows and exquisite raw linen bedding make the room perfect for a well-deserved rest after a day of work or shopping in Milan!
The room is located on the third floor of the building, with an internal courtyard entrance and an elevator.
Entering the apartment, you enter a shared entrance hall, which leads to the three double bedrooms of Dimora Claudia, all with ensuite bathrooms.
The Green room is the first on the left.
There is no kitchen or other common areas.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The room is located in an exclusive three-bedroom apartment on Milan's main shopping street, near the Liberty area, public gardens for jogging, a bike path, clothing stores, restaurants, and a subway station with connections to the entire city.

Stepping out the front door, you're on Corso Buenos Aires, one of Europe's largest shopping streets, behind the gay-friendly Porta Venezia neighborhood. The M1 RED LINE metro station is just three stops away, taking you to the Duomo or Fiera Milano.

The REPUBBLICA metro station on the M3 YELLOW LINE is also nearby. Piazza della Scala, home to one of the world's most famous theaters, is just three stops away.

If you'd like to walk to the city center, you can cross the PUBLIC GARDENS and in 15-20 minutes you'll be in the famous fashion district, on Via della Spiga and Via Montenapoleone.

The CENTRAL STATION is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can take TRAM 9 and get off at Viale Vittorio Veneto on the corner of Via Lazzaretto (the 6th stop).

We are also connected to the PASSANTE RAILWAY network, which can be accessed via either the M1 RED LINE or the M3 YELLOW LINE. Take the Trenord Passante Ferroviario (railway link) to the PORTA VENEZIA exit for lines S1 (Saronno/Lodi), S2, S5 (Treviglio/Varese), S6 (Novara), S12, and S13 (Pavia).

Dimora Claudia is directly connected to Linate Airport via the M1 line (San Babila stop) and then from there with the M4 line in just 12 minutes. This means departing from European capitals, landing at Linate, taking the M4 line, changing at San Babila, and exiting onto Corso Buenos Aires/Viale Tunisia—all in 30 minutes without ever opening an umbrella. The exit is in front of the Dimora Claudia door.
