Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Salerno Climatic C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 between 10pm and 12am.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 2 pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in the heart of Salerno, a short distance from the Teatro Verdi and the Villa Comunale, the city's main "Garden," home to various events throughout the year, including the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" during the Christmas season. In Salerno's historic center, you'll be captivated by the charm of its characteristic alleyways, remnants of a rich history. The area is rich in churches and monuments, as well as an endless selection of all kinds of venues, restaurants, bars, and pizzerias. In about a 5-minute walk, you can reach the splendid seafront and Santa Teresa Beach, where you can admire the enchanting panorama and stroll while enjoying an ice cream, go for a jog, or rent a bike. A short walk will take you to Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit Salerno Cathedral, the city's main Catholic place of worship.
Proceeding along one of Salerno's main shopping streets, Via de' Mercanti, a charming ancient street that runs through the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th-century noble residence that belonged to one of Salerno's most important families.
Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is an absolute must. The view that opens up before you from the top of the castle is sublime: a unique panorama overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, stretching from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli, and that will leave you breathless!

- From Naples Airport, the property can be reached in about 90 minutes: the Alibus line provides easy access to Naples Central Station, where you can take the train (high-speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno Station, from where it's a 15-minute walk to the apartment.

From Salerno train station, the property is about a 15-minute walk or a 13-minute ride on bus 017 to the XXIV Maggio stop, 450 meters from the apartment.
