The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, portable air conditioning and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, washing machine and WC;
- BALCONY I with access from the living room.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating via split, air conditioning via split (living room) and via portable air conditioning (bedroom), hangers, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.

City tax payment will be required.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, 140 meters from the famous Massimo Theatre and a few steps from Via Roma and Via Maqueda, two of the main streets of the city. All the main points of interest in the centre, such as the Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cathedral, the Martorana Church, the Pretoria Fountain, as well as the historic Vucciria market can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the surroundings of the property it is possible to find all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 with a stop a few minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 20 minutes on foot.

- For those traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots a short distance from the property. One of the largest (uncovered) is the one located in Piazzale Ungheria, a 6-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
