The flat is a loft and the interior space is organised as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and cooking utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, TV and access to balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, washbasin and WC;
- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine and dryer;
- 2 BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, centralized heating, 1 split A/C that also does heat pump, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

PAY ATTENTION: the accommodation is on the third floor WITHOUT lift, there is no door between the bedroom and the living room.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
