Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Malpensa airport it is possible to reach the apartment with the "Flibco" bus service to the "Milan Piazzale Lorenzo Lotto" stop, from here proceed on foot for 2 minutes to the "Lotto M1/M5" bus stop and take bus 98 to the "Via Civitali Via Paravia" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment with the M2 metro (Green Line) to the "Garibaldi FS" stop, from here proceed with the M5 metro (Lilla Line) to the "San Siro Ippodromo" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, the private parking space is included -> first on the right entering from the driveway.
