The apartment is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM 2 with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- VERANDA (access from the living room and the single bedroom) with outdoor dining table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Inside the residence there is a reserved parking space, uncovered and also suitable for large vehicles.

The swimming pool, for shared use, is accessible from June 1st to September 30th and open every day from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lifeguard service is available from June 15th to September 15th
PLEASE NOTE:
- The building does NOT have a lift; therefore there are steps to climb.
Waste Management (Mandatory)
During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule.
In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

In this property, check-in is done in self check-in mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 9 PM.
In case of unconventional use of extra linen, EUR 20 will be charged for each linen kit used.
