The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, microwave, Moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, small double sofa bed, TV, and access to the balcony (furnished with a small table and chairs);
- BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower enclosure, bidet, toilet, and sink.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning unit in the hallway, fan, Heating via radiators and split-system units, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, and iron with ironing board.

There are no architectural barriers at the entrance to the house, and a dedicated parking space for people with disabilities is available in front of the gate.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
