The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (for two people), TV 36", dining table with chairs and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, small desk with chair, ceiling fan and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, bathtub, sink, bidet and wc;
- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, two floor fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
ATTENTION: the apartment is NOT equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Garda Lake Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
