Cozy 80 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift, ideal for hosting up to 6 people.
Located in Garda, the accommodation boasts a strategic position: the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, while the city center can be easily reached in 10 minutes along the lakefront.
The property consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Parking space and private pedestrian underpass to reach the lakefront are available.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (for two people), TV 36", dining table with chairs and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, small desk with chair, ceiling fan and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, bathtub, sink, bidet and wc;
- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, two floor fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

ATTENTION: the apartment is NOT equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Only one small or medium-sized pet is allowed, upon request and with the payment of a supplement. It is mandatory to report the presence of the animal at the time of booking, in order to best prepare the accommodation and guarantee a comfortable stay.

Condominium services:
- Garden with table and benches. Please note that access for pets and bicycle parking are prohibited.
- Unassigned parking space, on-site and uncovered.
- Private pedestrian underpass to reach the lakefront and the beach of Punta Corno. The underpass is always open and access is granted with keys provided to the guest at check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax equal to € 2,00 per person, as required by the Municipality of Garda. Children under 14 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Garda Lake Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Garda is one of the most charming places on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, famous for its picturesque old town and romantic lakeside walks. The nearby Punta San Vigilio, with its small port and the bay of the sirens, is one of the most evocative destinations in the area. Nature lovers can reach the Rocca di Garda to admire spectacular views or explore the paths that wind through olive trees and vineyards. The lake offers numerous activities, from water sports to relaxing on the beach, to boat trips to discover the nearby villages. The food and wine offer is also excellent, with wines such as Bardolino and typical products to be enjoyed in the local trattorias.

- If you are travelling by car, the property offers an unassigned condominium parking space (NOT guaranteed). Parking, on-site and uncovered, is included in the stay.
