The accommodation of approximately 95 m2 is located on the ground floor of a building equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:

- Living room with sofa, dining area and TV.
- Bedroom I: with double bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom II: with a single bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom III: equipped with a double sofa bed.
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
- Balcony

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
