Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The apartment is located not far from Viale Monza (M1 red line "Precotto" stop, about 350 meters away) and is an 18-minute walk from the Milano Greco-Pirelli stop on the suburban and regional train lines, which offers trains to Monza and Lecco.
Bicocca University can be reached on foot via the Greco Pirelli underpass or by car in about 10 minutes.

The Bicocca neighborhood is also renowned for the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, the UCI-Cinema multiplex, and the "Bicocca Village" complex, perfect for entertaining evenings!

The Naviglio della Martesana canal is also just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for strolling, playing sports, or relaxing.
All major amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within easy reach.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take the subway (M1) red line to the "Precotto" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the property;

- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) green line to the "Loreto" stop. From there, take the subway (M1) red line to the "Precotto" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the property;

- If you're traveling by car, paid parking is available in blue parking spaces in Piazzale Martesana, 5 minutes on foot from the property. (NOT guaranteed).
