Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Perugia Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th

The cost and time slots for late check-in are as follows:
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - EUR 25
- From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM - EUR 30
- From 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM - EUR 40.

To ensure the best possible check-in experience, please communicate your arrival time in advance. Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM. All late check-in requests are subject to host approval.
