The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table and single bed;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and TV;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe and TV;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY with access from bedroom 2.

Please note that the living/dining area has an exposed single bed.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The property is located in the heart of Albergheria, one of the oldest and most authentic neighborhoods of Palermo, where art, popular culture and tradition coexist. A few steps away is the famous Ballarò Market, a symbol of everyday life in Palermo, with street food stalls and local products.
Furthermore, in a few minutes on foot you can reach important monuments such as the Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cathedral, the baroque Casa Professa, the panoramic Torre di San Nicolò and the Church of Carmine Maggiore.
Well connected by bus and tram, the area offers all essential services and is close to the University of Palermo; the Central Station is also easily reachable.

- From Palermo Central Station you can reach the accommodation in 15 minutes on foot; alternatively, you can take the Bus Line 109 from the Stazione Centrale Pensilina Esterna stop to the Tukory Filiciuzza stop, continuing on foot for 5 minutes.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; it is possible to park (for a fee) in the surroundings of the property.
