The property, thanks to a large terrace, enjoys fantastic views of the sea and mountains and is just a three-minute walk from Riomaggiore Castle. The beach is a five-minute walk away.
The accommodation comprises an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.

The accommodation, spread over three floors, is organized as follows.

First floor:
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Second floor:
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM II with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Third floor:
- KITCHEN (gas stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV;
- Sea- view TERRACE with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitivo, or relaxing after a day of hiking the Cinque Terre trails.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, independent heating on all three floors, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The Cinque Terre is one of Liguria's most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas, stretching along a stretch of eastern coastline approximately 10 km long. This area is characterized by five ancient seaside villages of rare beauty overlooking the sea: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. A regional train service connects the five villages with an average frequency of three trains per hour.

The property is located in Riomaggiore, a village dating back to the 7th century, just five minutes from the beach. Among the village's main attractions are the Via dell'Amore, a path connecting Riomaggiore to Manarola, famous for its enchanting and unforgettable views; the neo-Gothic church of San Giovanni Battista, built in 1340; and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260, which stands on the mountain spur separating the oldest part of the town from the village built near the station and enjoys a stunning view.
A minibus service runs to the Marina.
To best explore the Cinque Terre, we recommend purchasing the Cinque Terre Card (which also includes access to the trains connecting the five villages).

- From Pisa Airport, the property can be reached by car in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes (98 km). Alternatively, you can take the Pisamover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa train station, from where you can take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale train station. From there, you can take the train to Riomaggiore train station, about a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From La Spezia Centrale train station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Riomaggiore train station, about a 4-minute walk uphill from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is NOT possible to reach the house by car, but paid parking is available in the multi-storey car park near the town center (not guaranteed).

Please note: waste disposal will be handled directly by the cleaning company at the end of the stay.
Guests are therefore not required to dispose of waste prior to check-out.
