The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The tourist tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Cathedral, in the historic center of Palermo, a short distance from the main monuments of the city, such as the Royal Palace of the Normans, the Palatine Chapel, the Martorana Church, the Capuchin Catacombs and many other wonders that are part of the Unesco World Heritage. All around it is possible to find the historic markets of the city that originated during the French, Arab or Spanish dominations, such as the famous Vucciria, Il Capo and Ballarò.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Prestia and Comandè buses to the Central Station, where it is possible to take various buses (such as lines 101, 102, and 124) to "Roma Vucciria" stop, an 8-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to take advantage of the transfer service (see below).
