- BATHROOM with shower box, sink and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

- Access to the accommodation involves the presence of some steps; therefore, we recommend proceeding with caution.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from 22 November to 23 March.
The keys must be collected from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
After 9:00 PM, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: EUR 25.00;
- 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM: EUR 30.00;
- 12:00 AM - 1:30 AM: EUR 40.00.
The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
