- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, and bidet.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, A/C split unit in the hallway, desk, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are steps to access the apartment (NO elevator);
- Private parking is not included;

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (118km - 1 hour and 20).

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.

- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the following public transport lines: 1/3/7/8/10 with "UDINE viale Ungheria (fronte civico 61)" stop, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 8 minutes;

- If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine it is possible to take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.
The parking space is not included. However, it is possible to park for a fee (blue stripes) in via Aquileia or in the neighboring streets (NOT guaranteed).
