The internal space
The apartment with independent entrance and approximately 90 sqm is located on the first floor of a renovated Art Nouveau building with NO lift (two flights of stairs to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 42" TV, split A /C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes hanger, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- TERRACE equipped with dining table, two umbrellas and deckchairs;
- SHARED POOL and PARK.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer and clothesline.

ATTENTION. The pool is accessible to a maximum of four people.
The swimming pool is shared and it is NOT possible to invite external guests.

ATTENTION. Diving is prohibited.
There is no lifeguard for the shared pool. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

ATTENTION. The swimming pool can be used from 1 June to 15 September (depending on weather conditions), from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 8pm.

PLEASE NOTE. Pool towels must be requested at the time of booking and cost 5 Euros each.

The property has an uncovered parking space also suitable for SUVs. To access it you have to go through a gate and the assigned place is no. 10.

PLEASE NOTE. No noise (live or recorded) is permitted from 10pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.
