The property is located in Lido di Venezia, the city's seaside island overlooking the Adriatic, in a quiet area full of services. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the free beach and other local beaches, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, a second sleeping area and a balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, single bed and TV;
- KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, moka, wine glasses and other cooking utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and desk;
- SLEEPING AREA with a single bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY (accessible from the sleeping area).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket Wi-Fi with LIMITED GIGA, air conditioning (split in the entrance), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

Guests will also have access to a garden furnished with a small table and outdoor chairs, shared with other residents of the building.

- The building does NOT have a lift: there will therefore be some steps to climb.
- The sleeping area with single bed is located in a passageway, open and communicating with the rest of the accommodation; It is NOT separated by walls nor equipped with sound insulation.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Unmissable stops include Piazza San Marco with its Basilica, the Bell Tower and the Procuratie, the majestic Palazzo Ducale with the Bridge of Sighs, the Grand Canal crossed by the Rialto Bridge, the Basilica della Salute, the Teatro La Fenice, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Libreria Acqua Alta and the fascinating islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. All made even more suggestive by a romantic crossing in a gondola or vaporetto.
The property is located on the Lido of Venice, a thin island between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, known for its sandy beaches, natural dunes, elegant Art Nouveau villas and historic bathing establishments. It is the only island in the lagoon reachable by car and is well served by buses and vaporettos that easily connect it to the historic center.
Just a 5-minute walk from the house is the splendid free beach of Lido, ideal for those who want to experience the sea in complete freedom, without the need for transport or long walks. The house is located in a quiet residential area from which you can easily reach, always on foot, Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta, the main terminal of the island. From here frequent vaporetti leave that connect the Lido to the historic center in about 20 minutes, with regular trips also in the evening and night time slots during the summer season.

- From the Venice Santa Lucia Station you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by vaporetto, taking line 5.2 to the "Lido S.M.E. A" stop and continuing on foot for about 10 minutes.

- From Venice Marco Polo Airport you can reach the house in just over an hour, taking vaporetto B to the "Lido (S.M.E.)" stop and continuing on foot.

- If you travel by car, the Lido di Venezia is the only island in the lagoon accessible by car, and in the surroundings of the property you can also find free parking.
