- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, and A/C split unit;

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating via heat pump air conditioner, air conditioning with A/C split units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
