The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY (access from the living room).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom) and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board, together with the clothes horse, are available in a special common area located on the top floor of the building, used as a drying room.
