- GARDEN with chairs, a coffee table, and an outdoor shower;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Alternatively, you can reach the house by car/taxi in about 1 hour and 5 minutes (67 km).

- From Cagliari Central Station, you can continue on bus no. 103 to the "San Priamo SS 125" stop, where you can take bus no. 101 to "Villasimius Via Cagliari Inc.cambedda," 950 meters from the property.
