-KITCHEN CORNER equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, various kitchen utensils and dining table.

-BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe. Please note: NO split AC

-BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

- From Milan-Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to the Central Station, from which it is possible to take the tram line n.5 from the "Stazione Centrale Piazza Duca D'Aosta M2" stop M3" (2 minutes walk) to the "Via B. Angelico Via Colombo" stop (10 stops), a few minutes walk from the property.

- From Milan Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the tram line n.5 from the "Stazione Centrale Piazza Duca D'Aosta M2-M3" stop (2 minutes on foot) to the "Via B. Angelico Via Colombo" (10 stops), a few minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for a fee at L'Autorimessa Musto, in Via Francesco dall'Ongaro 31-33, a few minutes walk from the property.
