Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Please respect the following quite hours:
- from 10 pm to 8 am;
- from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The area stands out for its tree-lined avenues, elegant buildings, green spaces and a wide range of services. A few steps away is the Cipro metro stop (Line A), which guarantees a quick connection to the historic center and the main areas of the city, also supported by numerous bus lines.
The location is ideal for visiting the most iconic attractions of Rome: in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, followed by St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo. In the immediate vicinity is also the Trionfale Market, one of the most authentic and lively in the capital.
The neighborhood's offer is completed by numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets, which make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

- From Rome Termini Station, follow the directions provided above.

- From Rome Tiburtina Station you can take a train to Valle Aurelia, about 7 minutes from the accommodation.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park (for a fee) in the surroundings of the property.
