GuestHost - Milano Central Studio Arco della Pace

Central and welcoming studio apartment of about 20 square meters, located on the fourth floor of a building a few steps from the Arco della Pace.
Please note: the building has a lift, but it is necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the accommodation.
The location of the property is exceptional, very close to Parco Sempione and Castello Sforzesco, and is strategic for reaching all the points of interest in the city both on foot and by local public transport.

The studio apartment consists of a single room and the space inside is organized as follows:

-LIVING AREA with sofa, TV, two-burner hob, fridge, freezer, moka
-NIGHT AREA reachable via an internal staircase with single bed, split AC

-BATHROOM with bidet and shower

Additional services available to guests: WIFI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, central heating

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 73 to the "Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo" stop (11 stops), from where you can take tram no. 12 towards "Roserio (Ospedale Sacco)" to the "Piazza Lega Lombarda" stop (13 stops), a few minutes walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take tram no. 1 towards "Roserio (Ospedale Sacco" to the "Arco della Pace" stop (5 stops), a few minutes' walk from the property.

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M3 Yellow metro to the Zara stop, from where you can take the M5 Lilac metro line to the "Domodossola FS" stop (6 stops), from where you can take tram no. 1 towards "Greco Rovereto" to the "Arco della Pace" stop (4 stops), a few minutes' walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at Arco della Pace Parking, in Via Francesco Melzi d'Eril 16, open 24 hours a day, a 5-minute walk from the property.
