The internal space is organized as follows:

-LOWER LEVEL with living area with French sofa bed, Smart TV and dining area with table and kitchenette with induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and kettle.
Bathroom with bidet and shower box.

Internal stairs lead to the UPPER LEVEL with a queen-size bed. Please note: the upper and lower levels are not soundproofed.

Additional services available to guests: wifi, A/C with single split, centralized underfloor heating, iron and ironing board.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.

- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following supplement is required:
* after 9:30 pm and until 11 pm, a supplement of 25 Euros is required.

- From Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the M4 Blu metro line to the "San Babila" stop. From there, change to the M2 Verde metro line to Famagosta. From Famagosta, take bus 74 to the stop on Via Ettore Ponti, 700m from the house

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take the M2 Verde metro line to Famagosta. From Famagosta, take bus 74 to the stop on Via Ettore Ponti, 700m from the house

- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M2 Verde metro line to the Famagosta stop. From Famagosta, take bus 74 to the stop on Via Ettore Ponti, 700m from the house

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue lines - NOT guaranteed).
