The area is quiet, just outside Milan's city center, a 6-minute walk from the Lambrate FS metro station, and all major amenities are within easy reach.
The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, and two bathrooms.

The interior space is organized as follows.

- BEDROOM I (accessible by a step) with double bed, bedside table, wardrobes, split A/C, and en-suite bathroom;
- BEDROOM II (accessible by a step) with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM I (accessible by a step and inside Bedroom I) with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II (accessible by a step) with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and dressing room with washing machine.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

City tax payment will be required.

The apartment is located just outside Milan's city center, in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces, including Parco Trotter, Piazza Aspromonte with its central garden, and Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, best known for its proximity to the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic University and live in the Città Studi area.

The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Città Studi Botanical Garden: admission is free, and guided tours are available upon reservation.

The apartment is also surrounded by numerous bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies, and an incredible variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants are also nearby.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus to Milan Central Station, from where you can take the M2 metro line to the "Piola" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.
