- BEDROOM with double bed, mirror, wardrobe, split air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom;
- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, toilet, and washing machine;
- BATHROOM II (ensuite to the bedroom) with raised shower stall and emotional shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.

City tax payment will be required.

The apartment is located not far from Viale Monza (M1 red line "Precotto" stop, about 500 meters away) and is just 600 meters from the Milano Greco-Pirelli stop on the suburban and regional train lines, where trains depart for Monza and Lecco. Bicocca University can be reached on foot via the Greco Pirelli underpass or by car in about 6 minutes.

The Bicocca neighborhood is also renowned for the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, the UCI-Cinema multiplex, and the "Bicocca Village" complex, perfect for entertaining evenings!

We recommend:
- Trattoria San Filippo Neri: 6 minutes on foot;
- Caffetteria Rucellai (bar): 2 minutes on foot;
- ALDI (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.

- From Milan Linate Airport, take the M4 Blue subway line and get off at the "San Babila" stop. From there, take the M1 Red subway line from "San Babila" to the "Precotto" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take the M1 Red subway line to the "Precotto" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M2 Green subway line to the "Loreto" stop. From there, take the M1 Red subway line to the "Precotto" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you're traveling by car, parking is not included; however, free street parking is available (not reservable and not guaranteed).
