Charming room of about 40 square meters, ideal for two people, located on the ground floor of a historic building (there is a small step at the entrance). Furnished with taste and attention to detail, it offers a warm and suggestive atmosphere, embellished by the whirlpool tub and the characteristic stone vaults.
The property is located in the heart of Bari Vecchia, the historic center of the city, just two minutes walk from the wonderful Basilica of San Nicola and the Cathedral of San Sabino.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed;
- LIVING AREA with dining table, 24'' TV, clothes rack, minibar, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and double hydromassage tub;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (with preset temperature control) and hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
An additional pouf bed is available upon request.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of ignition and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Bari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

- If you travel by car, parking is not available; you can park for a fee in the parking lot on Via Ruggiero il Normanno, 3 minutes away from the apartment.
