The studio features a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony.

The interior space is arranged as follows:

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with KITCHENETTE (equipped with induction cooktop, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wine glasses, and other kitchen utensils), extendable dining table with chairs, smart TV, double sofa bed, double bed, clothes rack, and air conditioning split unit.

BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, toilet, and bidet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00
