The internal space is organized as follows:

FIRST LEVEL:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, wardrobe, and A/C split unit;
. KITCHEN with induction stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils;
. BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

SECOND LEVEL:

- BEDROOM with double bed and chest of drawers.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, heating, and air conditioning provided via split unit (one in the living room), hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: There are internal stairs to reach the loft bedroom - please be cautious if traveling with children. There is a step at the apartment entrance. The bedroom does not have a door.

The accomodation is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
