Roomy and cozy apartment of 113 sqm, for up to 7 people, on the 4th floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people, some steps to access it). The property is located in the heart of Florence (Restricted-Traffic Area), just 50 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes on foot from Palazzo Pitti.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;

The apartment is located in an ideal area for visiting Florence and is the best solution for admiring the historic beauties and city gardens comfortably on foot or using public transport. We are in the heart of the historic centre, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio and the characteristic goldsmith shops, in an area where some of the main points of interest of the city are located (such as the Boboli Gardens with its majestic blooms, the Galleria degli " Uffizi" and Piazza della Signoria)
