The Ottaviano metro station is just 200 meters away, providing access to the Spanish Steps in 4 minutes and Roma Termini Station in 10 minutes.

7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax.
This procedure allows us to verify your data and documents and send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy.

Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of 16/04/2013, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently using the personal link we'll provide you a few days before your arrival.

Please note: You must complete the online check-in process and registration to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.

The apartment is located in the Rione Prati area, an ideal neighborhood for your stay as it is very quiet despite its proximity to the city center and some of the city's main attractions, such as the Vatican (and its museums) and Castel Sant'Angelo. A 4-minute walk takes you to the Ottaviano metro station, which connects the apartment to Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, and Rome Termini Station, the main hub for all public transportation lines.

- From Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino International Airport, the apartment can be reached by shuttle bus, stopping at the "Piazza del Risorgimento" stop, a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, the Tuscolana-Cinecittà metro station is accessible via line 520. From there, take the Metro A line and get off at the "Ottaviano" stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, the apartment can be reached by metro, stopping at the "Ottaviano" stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you're traveling by car, paid parking is available on the street or at the Mercato Trionfale Garage, a 9-minute walk away.
