Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.
N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.
This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.
In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 20 will be charged for each used linen kit.
The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic center of the city and the beaches. In fact, the historic center can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk that runs alongside the seafront in about 35 minutes. The beaches, however, are just a 4-minute walk away.

Alghero station is just a 12-minute walk from the property, capable of connecting the tourist city to the city of Sassari.
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center on the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary inlets and small bays with white sand beaches on an emerald green sea.
The historic center is one of the most interesting and fascinating in Sardinia and for those arriving in Alghero it is an obligatory stop.
The city beach is the large beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other numerous and beautiful beaches you need to head north - beyond Lido di San Giovanni - in the direction of the hamlet of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria are located Pia.
Continuing further north towards Porto Conte, you can reach Bombarde beach and Lazzaretto beach, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and beautiful coves with crystal-clear water.
