The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, A/C split unit, and access to Balcony II;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C split unit, and access to Balcony III;
- MAIN BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- SERVICE BATHROOM I with sink, bidet, and WC;

FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS:
Unlimited WiFi, heating with a methane boiler, air conditioning via A/C split units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and we will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

By using the Alibus to Via Dusmet, then taking bus no. 530 to the stop V.le Marco Polo 50 (just a 1-minute walk from the apartment). Total travel time: approximately 1 hour.
By car: approximately 25-30 minutes.

- From the Central Station, take bus line 628D to the stop Duca degli Abruzzi 263, which is a 5-minute walk (400m) from the apartment.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. However, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed) or in paid parking spots on the street (blue lines - NOT guaranteed).
