Cozy 58 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The property is located in the historic district of the Santa Lucia, a few steps from the basilica of the same name and the sea. The wonderful Ortigia is about 1.5 km away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two small balconies.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, oven, microwave, kitchenware and wine glasses), dining table, flat-screen TV and sofa;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and open wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with single bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO SMALL BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the double bedroom), washing machine (in the bathroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: €15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: €25.00.

The apartment is located in the historic district of the village of Santa Lucia, a few minutes on foot from the main points of interest and about 5 minutes by car from Ortiga Island, with its seafront. Walking through its streets, it is possible to admire centuries of history, wonderful palaces, lively restaurants and cafes, as well as monuments such as the Castle of Maniace, Fonte Aretusa, the ancient Temple of Apollo and, absolutely not to be missed, Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily. In the summer season, you can swim off the rocks or near some small beaches and solariums on the waterfront.

- Catacombs of San Giovanni: 15 minutes on foot;
- Neapolis Archaeological Park: 20 minutes on foot;
- Ortigia Island: 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.

- Decò (supermarket): 8 minutes on foot;
- Bar Dolci Momenti: 10 minutes on foot.

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take the regional train to Syracuse station, 20 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment from the airport by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes, or with the internal buses.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY CAR, parking is not included; however it is possible to park in the street (NOT guaranteed).
