Nestled in the Julian Alps, in the province of Udine, Sella Nevea is a mountain resort offering a pristine environment and a wide range of outdoor activities in every season. In winter, it is popular for alpine skiing, ski mountaineering, and snowshoeing, while in summer it offers spectacular scenery and numerous hiking trails.
Among the points of interest are Monte Canin with the Conca Prevala (1,800-2,000 m), also accessible by ski lifts and a starting point for numerous hikes. Don't miss Monte Montasio with its tour of the mountain huts, home to excellent restaurants such as Malga Montasio and Rifugio di Brazzà. Here, you can purchase local products, including the famous Montasio DOP cheese, and enjoy panoramic views of the plateau.
Just 5 km from Sella Nevea, towards Chiusaforte, lies the Fontanon di Goriuda, a spectacular 80-meter waterfall that, depending on the season, cascades with a thunderous roar. Nearby, you can enjoy lunch at Trattoria Fontanon. Nine kilometers towards Tarvisio, the Predil Caves offer an interesting historical and naturalistic site worth visiting. A little further on is the picturesque Predil Lake, perfect for walks, picnics, and relaxing moments immersed in Alpine nature.
The Julian Prealps Natural Park, which can also be explored from the Resia Valley side, and the Adventure Park in Piazzale Slovena, in Sella Nevea, complete the offering.

To easily reach the accommodation and fully enjoy all the area's main attractions, we recommend using a car: you can rent one directly at the airport or in the main nearby cities.

If you arrive by car, you can park for free outdoors in front of the building.
