Delightful single room of 11 square meters with private bathroom and breakfast corner, with independent entrance and no shared spaces. Renovated with high quality finishes and new generation lighting points, it offers a 30 cm high bed for excellent rest and total security thanks to the armored door. Very central: 550m from Quintino Sella station with connection to the airport and 15 minutes walk from Central Station. The historic center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car.

The room, with an independent entrance and no shared spaces, is located on the seventh floor of a condominium building with a lift, which stops on the sixth floor: ATTENTION, you need to climb two flights of stairs to access it.

It has a single bed (90x190 cm), clothes rack, desk suitable for studying and working and a small breakfast corner equipped with a mini fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bathroom, open (NO door) and integrated with the main bedroom, is equipped with a sink, walk-in shower and toilet with bidet shower.

The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts necessary for your stay: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split for air conditioning / heating, video intercom, hairdryer and smart TV.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, baby octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip tops. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only, as it really offers many attractions also for tourists who love culture. There are many events and shows such as the Fiera di San Nicola in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to promote exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The room is conveniently located: in 8 minutes on foot you can reach the Quintino Sella station, in 15 the Central station. In 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car you can reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 200 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the room by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 600m from the room .

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the room can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (1.3 km).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the room is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car: we recommend the Ponte Adriatico exit from the SS16/tangenziale. Street parking is paid on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Casale at 25 meters from the room.
