The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- VERANDA with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ and divided by a partition.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: limited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room), fan, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Cot and high chair upon request and subject to availability.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Dolianova is a quiet village in the heart of Southern Sardinia, famous for its food and wine excellences, such as extra virgin olive oil and local wines. A few minutes' walk away you will find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and all the useful services to experience the town like a local.

The location is perfect for exploring the area: in just 20 minutes you can reach Cagliari, while in about 30 minutes you can reach the splendid beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei. Also excellent for nature excursions, visits to wineries and trips to the Sardinian hinterland.
Among the most interesting attractions are the Romanesque Cathedral of San Pantaleo, the Oil Museum, the historic Cellars of Dolianova, and the archaeological site Nuraghe Sa Dom'e S'Orcu. Also not to be missed are some historic homes such as Villa de Villa, as well as numerous restaurants and agritourisms where you can taste typical Sardinian dishes.
