Located on the second floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled people), of a building few steps away from the Spanish Steps, the apartment is the best solution to visit the city comfortably on foot and by public transport.
The building is located within the historic center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park (for a fee) at Parking Ludovisi, about 12 minutes away on foot from the property.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dei Monti is the most famous and well-known district of Rome, with its endless shopping streets, including via del Babuino, via Condotti and via del Corso, will allow guests to immerse themselves in the true spirit of the eternal city

If you're travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located within the A1 City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park (for a fee) at Parking Ludovisi, 12 minutes walk away from the aprtment.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
