The apartment is organized as follows:

- STUDY with desk and wardrobe;
- DINING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed (160x190 cm), chest of drawers and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- VERANDA with wardrobe, sofa, small table and outdoor chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (vents in the living room, dining area and bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
