🡥 UPPER MEZZANINE LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs):
- DINING/LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, chaise longue and TV;
- BATHROOM (reachable by going down a few steps) with shower equipped with Turkish bath function, sink, toilet and bidet.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
