The apartment is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack and open shower;
- BATHROOM with sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY (access from the living room);
- TERRACE 1 with deckchairs, mini fridge and bathtub (in the adjacent room) with chromotherapy;
- TERRACE 2 with bioclimatic pergola, outdoor table and chairs and bench with sink;
- TERRACE 3: used as a solarium.

- The building does NOT have a lift and there are steps and stairs inside the house: the structure is not suitable for children.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from 22 November to 23 March.

Keys must be collected from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

After 9:00 PM, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: EUR 25.00;
- 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM: EUR 30.00;
- 12:00 AM - 1:30 AM: EUR 40.00.

Ostuni, known as the "White City", is a charming Apulian village located on three hills in the province of Brindisi.
