The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, sofa, single folding bed (camp bed) and dining table, one double bedroom, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. Internal facing with a balcony accessible from the living room.

The apartment consists of:

- BATHROOM: bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The apartment is located in a quiet and well-served area of ​​Milan, just a few minutes from the main tourist attractions and very well connected by public transport. The M1 metro stop (red line) is easily reachable, offering quick access to the city center and other areas of interest. The area is also well connected to the ring road.

The main tourist attractions, such as the San Siro Stadium and the Parco delle Cave, are nearby, while the center of Milan is easily accessible by metro.

- CityLife shopping center: 10 minutes by public transport;
- San Siro Stadium: 11 minutes by public transport (metro M1);

- From Milan Malpensa Airport: The apartment can be easily reached by the Malpensa Express train, which takes you to Milano Centrale station in about 50 minutes. From there, take the M1 metro line (red line) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS and get off at Gambara station (approximately 15 minutes). The apartment is located 10-12 minutes on foot from Gambara station.

- From Milano Centrale Station: take the M1 metro line (red line) towards Rho Fiera and get off at Gambara station (approximately 10-15 minutes). The apartment is located 10-12 minutes on foot from Gambara station.

- If traveling by car: The apartment is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in Milan. There are no access restrictions for vehicles in this area. You can park for a fee on the street (blue lines).
