A splendid 65 sq m apartment, perfect for four guests, located on the first floor of a completely renovated period building.
The accommodation is located in Valeggio sul Mincio, just an 8-minute walk from the Scaligero Castle, a 15-minute walk from the Visconti Bridge, and an 18-minute walk from Borghetto sul Mincio. We are located near Sigurtà Park, one of Europe's most beautiful parks.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The internal space
The 65 sq m apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs are required).

PLEASE NOTE: There is an internal spiral staircase (please be especially careful if traveling with small children).

The interior space is organized as follows:

> LOWER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, 37" TV, and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

> UPPER LEVEL
- BEDROOM with double bed, dresser, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split A/C (in the living room and in the bedroom), hairdryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

From there, take the regional train to Peschiera del Garda, and walk to the "Peschiera Stazione Ferroviaria" stop. From there, take bus No. 46 to the "Valeggio S/m" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Verona Porta Nuova Station, the apartment can be reached by taxi in just 37 minutes (about 29 km). Alternatively, take the regional train to Peschiera del Garda, and walk to the "Peschiera Stazione Ferroviaria" stop. From here, you can take bus No. 46 to the "Valeggio S/m" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the property.
