Cozy 32m2 apartment that can accommodate 2 people, located in a shared villa that has every comfort, including parking, garden and patio equipped with ping pong table, table football and outdoor pool (all shared with the other guests of the villa). Located just 12 minutes by car from the center and 18 minutes by car from the sea. The location also makes it perfect for reaching other unmissable places in the area such as Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is organized as follows:

KITCHENETTE equipped with gas hob (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and electric oven;
LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, TV and split A/C
BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with boiler, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

In the garden, shared with the other guests of the property, the following are available:
- Uncovered parking space inside the gate
- Outdoor swimming pool, open from 15/06 to 30/09 (variable opening depending on weather conditions) and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas
- Uncovered patio equipped with ping pong table, table football and dining tables with chairs.

ATTENTION: Please note that there are several steps separating the various areas of the garden, therefore they are present both at the entrance to the accommodation and to access the swimming pool.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
The keys to the front door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided upon check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

After 21.00, check-in directly at the house is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Villa Safi is located in Contrada Vallegna in Ostuni, an area immersed in the peaceful Apulian countryside, close to many other villas and trulli. Ostuni, known as the ‘White City’, is famous for the houses painted with white lime in the historic centre.
