Charming apartment of abut 90 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with lift (10 steps to access). Located in the historic "Palazzo Viola", noble residence, the property is in the heart of the historic center (Restricted Traffic Area) of Palermo, in via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main streets of the city, a stone's throw from the "Quattro Canti".
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two small balconies and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 32 inch smart TV and access to the small balcony;
- KITCHEN with induction hob (2 plates), fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and sofa;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk and 32 inch smart TV;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and access to the small balcony;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the two bedrooms, in the kitchen and in the living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is located on the first floor; there is an elevator, but there are still around 10 steps to access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: the relaxation area of ​​the cloister is NOT usable (for the exclusive use of the hotel and the restaurant located in the same building). The cloister area is under video surveillance.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person/night.

The accommodation is located inside the Palazzo Pilo di Marineo, the noble residence of the Bourbon family of the same name, built in 1687 and today known as "Palazzo Viola".
The apartment is located in the centre of Palermo, in the heart of the Arab-Norman route declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest while admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. On foot it is possible to reach Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony to the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible reach the apartment comfortably on foot in just over 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 to the “Roma - Vucciria” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee at the Venezia car park, a 7-minute walk from the property.
