Apartment located on the ground floor of a building, of three in total.
In 50 sqm of space it accommodates two people with one bedroom.

It remains quiet as it overlooks the inner courtyard, with the possibility of eating outside with a table and two chairs as well as having the possibility to store bikes.
We are located within walking distance of the New Fortress.
Only a 5min walk from Piazza della Repubblica; it is located in the historic Venezia district, characteristic because of its canals.
The space
The interior space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA.Relaxation area with sofa and dining table. Kitchenette with four gas stove, refrigerator, mocha, washing machine, electric kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables, open closet and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin, hair dryer.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, unlimited wifi, mosquito nets, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Independent heating.
Outdoor area: folding table with two chairs.

There is a loft that is NOT accessible.

NB. Only one hospitality kit is provided upon arrival.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is centrally located, in the charming district of "Venezia Nuova", in the historic center, which owes its name to the bridges, canals and squares that characterize it and which evoke the typical atmosphere of the "Serenissima". All the main attractions of the city and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot, including the "Fortezza Nuova", "Piazza della Repubblica", the Central Market and the monument of the "Quattro Mori", symbol of Livorno. In the area there are all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.
