Bright 62sqm apartment, ideal for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (two flights of stairs to access it).
The accommodation is located in the "La Collina" residence, in Villasimius, in about 13 minutes by car you can reach the Capo Carbonara beach and the Porto Giunco ​​beach.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a veranda.

The internal space
The 62sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building without a lift (two flights of stairs to access it).

The space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the veranda;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- VERANDA with curtain, dining table and deckchairs;
- SHARED POOL and TENNIS COURT.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating via air conditioning, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE. There is an internal staircase between the living room and the bedroom (be careful if you are traveling with small children).

ATTENTION. The swimming pool and tennis court are shared.
The use of the tennis court is by reservation and for a fee.
The swimming pool opens on June 15 and closes on September 30th.

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Villasimius is a coastal city renowned for its breathtaking beaches, among the most beautiful in Italy, characterized by crystal clear waters and white sand that extends endlessly. In addition to its magnificent beaches, such as Porto Sa Ruxi, Villasimius also offers many opportunities to explore the local culture with a historic center.
Not to be missed are the beaches of Porto Giunco, Simius and Punta Molentis.
It is also possible to visit the Marine Protected Area of ​​Capo Carbonara, a paradise for snorkelling and diving lovers, with a rich marine biodiversity.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 1 hour and 3 minutes).
