The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils), TV, double sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two children), dining table, A/C split, and -access to Balcony I;
- BEDROOM with double bed, dresser, TV and access to Balcony II;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY I;
- BALCONY II.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The elevator does not reach the apartment landing – one flight of stairs must be climbed.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
